If you want to make your mark in millions of homes and do it where you can feel proud about it, apply now for this opportunity at Clorox: JOB SUMMARY:   Develops strategies to improve supply chain costs for Clorox and Family Dollar by 1) eliminating inefficient behaviors that lead to deductions and penalties; 2) identifying win-win opportunities that lower cost to serve and eliminate waste; 3) identifying areas to improve data synchronization; and 4) Improving product flow. Responsible for the Customer relationship with the Family Dollar Replenishment Managers and Operational teams. Support business execution of new programs and initiatives including: promotional activities, new product launches, and network redesigns. Contribute to the ongoing development of supply chain best practices across the Supply Chain, Product Supply and Sales organizations. Ensure Clorox meets customer requirements in regards to Family Dollar Supply Chain scorecard management (In-stocks, inventory, On-Time-Delivery, POS Forecast Accuracy, etc.) Ensure Family Dollar meets Clorox requirements for their Customers (operational efficiency, policy adherence, etc.). Responsible for SAM's Cost-To-Serve Metric.SPECIAL PROJECTS of STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITES: Provides Supply Chain leadership and direction in the development of the Integrated Business Plans. Supports the continued development of the Multi-Functional Business Teams. Works to influence Family Dollar's perception of Clorox's capabilities. Provides Family Dollar input and direction for Category and Corporate PSO/CCD projects. Provides leadership and helps set team direction as a member of the Family Dollar Cross Functional Business Team.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT: Although this position does not currently have direct people responsibility, extensive training, coaching, and developing of other Product Supply Organization/Sales team members that communicate with FamilyDollar is required. BUDGETS & SPAN of CONTROL: Travel an Administrative expense management. Minimum requirement of an undergraduate degree Minimum of five (5) years experience within Product Supply, Supply Chain (either/or transportation, DC operations, OTC or operational planning) or Customer Management Previous experience as a Categroy Supply Chain Manager or Customer Supply Chain Manager preferred.
