This position reports to the Vice President, Global Shared Services.  The position encompasses providing day-to-day support for the PW/Shared Services team, assisting in enterprise wide communications and support, creative development and production management and oversight.  This opportunity also provides an opportunity to assist in the budgeting process and overall organization of assets.

Skills required include: Highly motivated, self starter, critical thinking and organized.  Good Communication skills.  Basic understanding of Marketing and business.  Strong computer proficiency and command of social media concepts, principles and applications.

Key responsibilities include: Development and production of internal marketing communications to field team members, management, and Restaurant Support Center team members.  Provide support for day-to-day and long term initiatives in supporting internal team member portal and training initiatives, including development and maintenance of social media sites, quarterly marketing promotions (Advertising and POP), vendor relations, materials production and distribution, as well as monthly billing and asset organization.

Education/Training:

*         Undergraduate Senior, Masters student or recent graduate from an accredited University.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

*        Marketing Knowledge: has a working understanding of Marketing principles.

*        Creativity: ability to identify problems and create new, innovative solutions

*        Project Management - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, organize and complete multiple projects efficiently and on time.

*        Communication Skills - Able to communicate in both written and verbal form with conviction and credibility, adapting message to suit level of audience.  Communicates with poise, polish and professionalism.

*        Vendor Relationships: Has the ability to work outside the organization to provide information and direction to vendor partners.

*        Operations Experience: is familiar and comfortable with the level of Operational talent and capabilities with the CDR category. 

*        Consumer Driven Process: embraces consumer feedback as key milestones in process.

Experience:

*        Marketing major

*        Restaurant experience a plus

*        Prior Marketing experience encouraged, but not required
