Full Motion Video (FMV) Analysts providing direct intelligence support to Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). Successful candidates will be part of a high ops tempo team, embedded in a multi-intelligence fusion watch floor environment, working a 24X7 rotating shift schedule. FMV Analysts are expected to exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms, apply HUMINT and SIGINT information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery in softcopy. Imagery-derived products and reports are created by the FMV Analysts and published for distribution. Candidates will also need to compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel. Candidates are required to successfully complete onsite training course. FMV Analysts are required to successfully complete positional certifications within the designated timeline prescribed by the customer.
9+ Years with HS including specialized training at a military school or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD Required Experience:
Candidates are required to have completed a military or government basic intelligence course. At least one year doing 1st phase FMV exploitation and at least three years of overall intelligence experience. MS Office and Light Table Software. Excellent analytical writing and communication/briefing skills. Must be capable of typing a minimum of 30 WPM. Preferred Skills:
MAAS (or equivalent DMAX), MAAS OpenMap (AKA - SmartTrack), Falcon View, Google Earth, RemoteView, Socet GXP, ArcGIS, mIRC, Windows Movie Maker, Super Buffer Check, IEC: Background in Counter-Terrorism analysis. Understanding of National level imagery product standards. IA certified.
